Terms and Conditions – 777xx Online Betting Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a 777xx member clearly.

To register and use the 777xx platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service.

The complete eligibility requirements for 777xx membership are:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from within Pakistan.
• You must not be a person excluded from 777xx under a self-exclusion agreement or any regulatory restriction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a business entity or any third party.
• You must register using your own real personal information — not a pseudonym, not someone else's details.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended 777xx account that was terminated for a rule violation.
• You must be of sound mind and registering voluntarily without any form of coercion.

777xx reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification. This is a standard process that protects both you and the integrity of the 777xx platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 777xx. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from them will be void. If you have accidentally created two accounts, please contact our support team immediately.

Your 777xx account is your personal responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 777xx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain security.

777xx reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, is linked to another suspended account, or where the account holder can no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements. In cases of account closure due to rule violations, any funds remaining in the account — including winnings — may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns, may do so by contacting 777xx support. All pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal way.

All financial transactions on the 777xx platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. The payment methods currently supported by 777xx are Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, Visa and Mastercard.

Withdrawals at 777xx are processed manually by our finance team. Standard processing time is within two hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. 777xx does not charge any fees for processing withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Before processing any withdrawal, 777xx may require you to complete identity verification including submission of a valid CNIC copy and proof of the payment method. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and applies equally to all members regardless of withdrawal amount.

Deposits made to your 777xx account using fraudulent payment details, stolen cards or any method not registered in your own name will be reversed and the account involved will be suspended pending investigation.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at 777xx, including cricket, football, kabaddi and all other sports markets offered on the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Market odds may change before you confirm — the confirmed odds are final.
• Bets can only be placed on markets that are officially open. 777xx reserves the right to suspend any market at any time for any reason including match integrity concerns, technical issues or data feed problems.
• Minimum bet size across all sports markets at 777xx is Rs 100. Maximum bet sizes vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of placing.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay to prevent advantage betting. 777xx reserves the right to void any in-play bet that was placed with demonstrable knowledge of the event outcome.
• If a match or event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned.
• In the event of a score, result or statistic being listed incorrectly due to a data feed error, 777xx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Accumulator and combination bets are subject to the same rules as single bets for each individual selection. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated without that selection.
• Maximum payout per bet slip at 777xx is Rs 5,000,000 (fifty lakh rupees). Any accumulator or single bet that would return more than this amount will be capped at the maximum payout.

777xx follows industry standard rules for specific sports. Cricket matches follow ICC playing conditions. Football matches follow FIFA rules unless otherwise specified in the market description. If you are unsure about the rules for a specific market, contact 777xx support before placing your bet.

All casino games available at 777xx — including slots, live dealer games, crash games and instant win titles — are provided by certified third-party game developers. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its developer. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published by the developer and reflects the theoretical long-term return across all players.

Crash games including Aviator, JetX and Spaceman available at 777xx use a Provably Fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is determined before betting opens and committed via a cryptographic hash that is published publicly before each round begins. Players can verify any round result using the verification tool in the game interface.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault — connection loss, server error or software malfunction — 777xx will attempt to restore the game session to the last confirmed round state. In the event that restoration is not possible, bets placed in the interrupted round will be voided and stakes returned to your wallet.

In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified 777xx members who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household address and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money funds are used and returned before bonus funds in any bet or game.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• All bonuses at 777xx have an expiry period. Unconverted or unfulfilled bonus funds that expire are removed from your account automatically without compensation.
• 777xx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed the promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee outcomes, or any other strategy designed to systematically exploit bonus terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

777xx takes its responsibility to players' wellbeing seriously. Gambling should always be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777xx members and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 777xx account. Once set, deposit limits can only be reduced immediately; increases take a 24-hour cooling-off period to take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play, reminding you how long you have been active on 777xx.

• Exploiting technical errors, latency advantages or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer casino formats.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent any account-level restrictions.
• Using payment methods registered in another person's name or using stolen financial credentials to deposit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xx's total liability to any member for any single claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their 777xx account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777xx shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance periods or technical failures outside 777xx's direct control.
• Losses arising from actions you take based on information provided on the 777xx platform, including odds, statistics or commentary.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777xx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777xx will notify registered members via email or an in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always accessible from the footer of every 777xx page and is dated at the top of this document. Continued use of the 777xx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the 777xx platform and close your account. Your balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
